In The Name of Allah-SWT the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful
SECRETS OF REVELATION:

Qayamah will be so clattering that the entire universal System shall collapse and everything shall collide with one another to destruction. When the second Trumpet is blown mankind shall swarm together like the locust. The landscape shall be totally barren, the mountains having been blown away as carded wool, wiping out the geographical features. It is then that the deeds of mankind will be weighed, not counted. This weightage will be governed by sincerity of the Qalb.

So whoever wins a higher weightage, that is, his noble deeds outweigh his errors will be in utter delight. And the one who falls short on the Scales and his evil deeds outweigh his virtues will be condemned to Hell to abide therein. This refers to the infidel, who, even if he does any good, it is not for Allaah-SWT and Akhirah, being devoid of faith in Him-SWT .
